inappropriate use of midget, penalty, 15 yards

about to go on a bumpy ride! the organization who thinks they may
represent ALL dwarf talent, all the "little people" of america and
the world over are about to read you the riot act for using the word
"midget" in this blog article. little do they know or want to admit,
some little people are comfortable with the use of the word, other
average sized folks wouldn't know what you were talking about unless
you did use the word AND in fact, it was VERY appropriate terminology
for little people or dwarfs during that time period you refer to!
but no, they get their "shorts in a bunch" even though you use it
now! they would be much further ahead if they would embrace the
word, use it to empower them, i.e. as in resignification and move
forward without letting the word have power over them. it's just a
word. a LITTLE word at that. get over it. there are some little
people that in fact use the word and have moved on. why can't they?
